Voter Information
May 14, 2024: Last day to submit absentee ballot applications and early voting applications, if ballot is to be mailed to the voter
May 16, 2024: Last day to register to vote
May 21, 2024: Election Day (7 am - 9 pm)
Absentee Ballots must be received by the District Clerk by 5pm.

School Board Seats:
There are three (3) seats up for election on the Greenburgh Central School District Board of Education in 2024. You can vote for any three (3) candidates. The three (3) candidates with the most votes will serve 3-year terms, from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2027.
Voter Registration:
You must be registered to vote to participate in the Greenburgh Central School District Annual Budget Vote and School Board Election. If you voted in a general election or in a school election in the last four years, you are eligible to vote in this year’s election.

Qualified Voters can register in of the following ways:
Register in person by appointment with the District Clerk at Woodlands High School, located at 475 West Hartsdale Avenue, Hartsdale, NY 10530. You should register well in advance of the May 16 deadline.
Register with the Westchester County Board of Elections using the New York State Voter Registration Form which can be found at Register to Vote | New York State Board of Elections (ny.gov) . Return the completed form to the Board of Elections at 25 Quarropas Street, White Plains, NY 10601
Register to vote by completing an online application with the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles. This registration process takes longer so it should be completed as soon as possible.
Qualified Voters are:
Citizens of the United States,
18 Years of Age, or over, and
Residents of the Greenburgh Central School District for at least 30 days prior to the vote date.
Absentee Ballots:
Applications for Absentee Ballots may be obtained from the District Clerk either by telephone (914-761-6000 ext. 3114), in person (at Woodlands High School), or on the Board website. Applications for an Absentee Ballot must be sent to the district clerk by:
May 14, if the Ballot is to be mailed to the voter
Call the District Clerk for last date if the Ballot is be delivered personally to the voter
Absentee Ballots are due back, by mail, to the district clerk by 5 pm on Election Day, May 21.
